- Full Payment: Remaining balance due immediately after the service, cash or card.
- Payment Methods: EFT | Cash | Bank Transfer. Proof of payment required.

Late arrivals & cancellations
- 15+ mins late: R300 late fee.
- 1 hour late: Appointment cancelled, no refund of deposit.
Booking confirmation
- Appointment is confirmed once deposit is received & cleared.
Important guidelines
- Session Duration: 1 hr 15 mins.
- Food & Drinks: Please eat before session. No eating during makeup.
- Phones: Keep phones off (Music allowed 🎵).
- No Mirrors: Final reveal at the end.
- Extra Requests: Quick brow/lipstick billed at full rate.
- Time Respect: Be ready on time.
- Rescheduling: 24 hours' notice required.
- Client Satisfaction: Adjustments within 15 mins if needed.
- Skin Sensitivities: Inform me of any allergies.
- No Smoke Breaks 🚫 | No Last-Minute Location Changes.
- Photos Taken: Yes / No? Please let me know.
